Terms of Service

ProWay provides garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services across Charleston, SC and the Lowcountry. All work is performed by licensed, insured technicians.

On-site estimates are free and provided in writing before any work begins. Pricing varies based on door size, brand, parts required, and scope of work. After-hours and emergency dispatch may carry an additional fee disclosed in advance.

We provide a 1-year written warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, force majeure, or normal wear of consumable parts. Manufacturer warranties on new doors and openers vary by product.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time before the technician is dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a trip fee.

ProWay's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
